Shipping Policy
USPS Ground Shipping fees have a flat rate shipping fee, there are items that have a calculated rate due to being oversize or heavyweight. USPS is our primary carrier; they provide excellent tracking of your package, guaranteed delivery dates, and a transit time of 1 - 5 business days from the date of shipping, depending on your distance from Las Vegas. Our shipping model is geared to give you, our customers, more opportunities for domestic shipping. Free shipping options start at orders totaling $475.00.

Our shipping deadline is 12 PM /Noon, Monday through Friday. Most orders placed before that time will ship within 48 hours. If you placed an order with a custom item, our customer service team will reach out to discuss shipping time lines. Saturday and Sunday are not considered Business Days and as such are not factored into the Delivery Time frame.
Orders placed after 12PM/Noon on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a Holiday). Due to a high volume of orders, and navigating with a small staff, we require some extra time to process and ship orders. You may not receive tracking info for a few days. Please be patient and we'll work on getting your gear out as quickly as we can. Please limit emails to critical order related questions. Thank you for your understanding.
All orders from 2NDSKINN are shipped in plain packaging using a return address of "2NDS". Discretion is assured.

Return & Exchange Policy
2ND SKINN guarantees the quality of all its products for up to 1 years after the purchase date for defects in material or craftsmanship.
Any returns due to defects/complaints will be replaced / credited by 2ND SKINN if the return is caused by defects in material and/or craftsmanship. 2ND SKINN will not accept/replace/credit returns which are caused by improper use or mishandling, normal wear and tear and/or unacceptable storage and/or maintenance of the disputed item. Damage of leather clothing or items due to sharp objects or oil are explicitly excluded from the 2ND SKINN guarantee. Should goods be faulty in materials or craftsmanship, please notify us and return it immediately, unused, for exchange or refund.

Item isn't what you wanted or expected? Doesn't fit or feel the way you hoped? Simply return your gear for any reason within 90 days for a refund. Your experience is our #1 priority and we want you to love your new gear. Custom and Made-to-Measure items are non-refundable, please take your time when ordering these items. Contact our Customer Service team for any assistance. If you wish to replace your item for a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired product and send your original item in for a full refund.
